Thanks again to our good friends at Alfalfa Farm Winery in Topsfield, MA for having us over yesterday. The weather was hot and muggy, but the Pinot Grigio was crisp and refreshing. It’s always fun to be “goin’ where Alfalfa turns to wine.”
Summertime
We’ve had a slow start to 2011 with the boys being busy with various projects, careers, family and travel. But look for us on Aug. 21 from 1-4 pm at Alfalfa Farm Winery in Topsfield, MA. It will be great to be back with our friends at Alfalfa Farm.
Winter
“Get your mind off wintertime, ’cause you ain’t going nowhere” Bob Dylan
The Winter is a quiet time for the Plough. No gigs on the immediate horizon, but we will be gearing up for the spring and summer soon, so stay in touch.
New Venue!
We are very excited to have been invited to play at Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury, MA on Sept. 25 from 1-3 pm. Cider Hill has fantastic cider donuts, pick your own apples and a great store. It should be a lot of fun.
Today at the Mill
Catch us tonight at 7:30 at the Mill Fudge Factory in Bristol, NH. We’ve played there 3 or 4 times in the past, and it’s a great venue with good food.
Saturday at the Shaker Village
Come out to the Shaker Village in Canterbury, NH, this Sat., June 19 for the Strawberry Jamboree. The event lasts from 10-5, and the Plough performs at 3:30.
Set List May 30, 2010
Just for fun, here’s our set list from the recent gig at Alfalfa Farm. We pulled more than a couple of these chestnuts from way down in the bottom of the barrel.
